The Expedition One™ Trail Series™Rear Bumper with Smooth Motion
Swinging Tire Carrier system is recognized thoughout the off-road
industry as one of the best new products for the FJ Crusier. Bumpers
are constructed of high-grade, precision cut 3/16" steel.
Standard on all bumpers are 1" thick 3/4" recovery shackle
mounts (D-Rings can be added at an additional cost). The Expedition
One™ Smooth Motion STC system™ allows you to open the taligate
in one smooth motion. This unique system pioneered by Expedition
One integrates the carrier and rear gate with an adjustable coupling
system. This makes it so the extra weight of an over-sized tire
is carried by the bumper and chassis, increase the life of the
rear gate and stock hinges. This makes for a long lasting and
rattle free carrier system.Includes integrated light ports. Design
incorporates a modular mounting system for options to add such
as hi-lift jack mount, CB mount, auxiliary rack (coming soon),
and utility can mounts (also coming soon). Expedition One FJ Rear Bumper comes with a 2 stage zinc primed textured black powder coat standard, or can be ordered bare. Rear bumper is designed to utilize the stock receiver
hitch and back up sensors. Tire carrier system can hold
up to a 40" tire. Bumper may also be ordered without the
tire carrier.
